We are not saved and brought into God’s family just so that we can go to heaven some day. God’s intention for us is to be his image bearers in this world, partnering with him to restore justice, righteousness and peace to his creation. Jesus taught and modeled this way of God’s Kingdom as Israel ‘ s Servant King.

The Scriptures teach that someday he  will return to finally restore God’s benevolent reign on earth. In the meantime, we have the purposeful and joyful task, as God’s Children and willing subjects of our King, to bring God’s justice, righteousness, peace and love to this world, our home.
