We are on display, whether we like it or not. The people around us and even spiritual beings in heavenly realms are watching us, God’s representatives on earth—his people—to see if God can really pull off his plan to restore our world to the goodness he pronounced on it at creation and to unite all people and all things under King Jesus. 

God’s intention is to unite all people from every ethnic group, social status, background experience and gender into one Body and then to display his wisdom to the world through the way that Body, the Church, lives and functions in unity and love.
