Nate Saint, missionary to the Auca Indians of South America, said, “He is no fool who gives up what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose.”  What would you give up in order to gain the most valuable thing on earth? 

When we realize the priceless value of the Kingdom of Heaven, we naturally do whatever it takes to be a part of it. God gave us this example when he ransomed us with his only Son. As citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven that must be our supreme identity, superseding all other identities: race, culture, social status, gender. Anything we may identify with other than Christ and his Kingdom has the potential for causing division in our world. Only in the Kingdom of Heaven are we brought together and united. It is the Treasure and the Pearl!
