Jesus loved God, loved people and made disciples. And Corona Virus or not, he calls us to do the same!
Even in the face of this present crisis, we are still God’s People. We are still to “let our light shine before people that they will seen our good works and praise our Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
We are still people of hope and “we do not grieve like the rest of mankind who have no hope.” (1 Thessalonians 4:13)
We still love each other with the love of Jesus. “This is my command: Love each other!” (John 15:17)
We are at peace. Jesus said, “I have told you thins things, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
And we are not separated from the Love of God!
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:35-39)
Hang in there people! You are the Children of God! You bring hope to a hopeless world!
