Even the poor can be generous! No matter how much or how little we have, God has promised to always give us enough for ourselves and enough to generously share with those in need. When we live like this, God is praised and we are loved by those who receive our gifts!

When we become givers, we of course, create need for ourselves. Do the math. When you have less to meet your own needs, then you are in need.

But that’s precisely when God steps in to meet our need. It’s just what he does for his children who give.

“Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
